In order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the administrative process and offer recommendations or improvements, these projects can be carried out by a division, by a department or throughout the entire organization. The reports generated and then presented to General Director of Board of Directors.

The Administrative procedure is evaluated in order to establish and communicated objectives and goals, as well as the organizational – structure through which management works. We evaluated the quality of the administrative control systems which offer the feedback necessary to analyze the successes failures and gains of plants and directives. We also identify critical decisions by evaluating the systems that back them up and the relevant forces that affect them, such as environmental, political, etc.
